Psychological therapies focus on exploring individuals thought patterns, emotional responses and behavioural patterns to assess the underlying problems they are experiencing.

Fees/ Rebates/ Claims (Medicare, DVA and private insurance)

Our team is proud to provide psychology services at affordable rates to all gold coast community members through our billing system.


The fees associated with visiting our psychologists depends on several factors:


  • if you see a Clinical Psychologist or a Generalist Psychologist
  • if you have a Centrelink benefit card (Concession Card, Health Card or Pension Card)
  • if you are entitled to Medicare benefits or have private health insurance
  • If you are with DVA or Work-Cover or NDIS.

General Psychology session - Consultation price: $135 - Medicare offers a rebate of $84.80 for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.


Relationship Counseling - Consultation price: $150 per hour - Medicare claims are not available.


Clinical psychology and forensic psychology session - Consultation price: $160 - Medicare offers a rebate of $124.50 for up to 10 sessions per calendar year . 


Clients who wish to access the Medicare rebate system must obtain a Mental Health Care Plan from their medical practitioner (GP).


Neuropsychology - it depends on the nature of the service (e.g., assessment, rehabilitation etc.).  


DVA (Department of Veterans’ Affairs): 
Approved referrals from the Department of Veterans’ Affairs are accepted for both clinical psychology treatment and neuropsychological assessment and treatment. It is also accepted for Relationship Counselling.


WorkCover: available for both General Psychology and Clinical Psychology.


NDIS: available only for General Psychology


Private Health Insurance 
A number of Private Health Insurers offer rebates for Psychological Services. It is important to contact your insurer to discuss your level of cover and applicable rebates prior to accessing services.

Jill Harding-Clark is a clinical neuropsychologist and clinical psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in assessment and treatment of clinical psychological difficulties and neuropsychological disorders.

Katarina has over sixteen years’ experience working within academic, private and public forensic mental health settings assisting adolescents (15+) and adults  Katarina specialises in both clinical and forensic psychology.
